Q: How old are your motor homes? A: Kastco provides the finest selection of late model motor homes to suit your individual needs.		Q: Are there any travel limitations? A: Yes. Rental vehicles are not permitted in Mexico or Alaska.
Q: This is the first time I've ever rented a motor home. Is there much to know about operating one? A: No special license is required, but you must be at least 25 years of age. It is very much like driving a van or a pickup truck. We will take you through each easy to learn operation of the unit. Service and campground directions are also provided.		Q: What happens if there is a mechanical failure? A: We maintain our units to ensure everything is in working order prior to your departure. We will direct you to the nearest service facility that can repair the unit.
Q: Does the rental fee cover everything, or are there extras? A: Kastco provides you with a spotless motor home inside and out. You'll even have full tanks of propane and gasoline. Bring it back that way, on time, and no additional fees will be charged. Generator - $3.00 per hour of use. Optional setups - (includes bedding, towels, cooking utensils, etc.) $25.00/person.		Q: What about insurance? A: Vehicles are covered by $15,000/$30,000/$5,000 basic insurance for claimants & property damage. The insurance deductible is the responsibility of the renter in case of an accident or damage. As a renter, you should check with your personal auto insurance to see if you are covered. Q: How do I reserve a unit? A: Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible. Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. A deposit of $1000 for anything other than a family outing (cash/ check only, no credit cards accepted for payment). This deposit will serve as the security deposit. It will be returned when the motor home is returned in the exact same condition as it was prior to your trip.		Q: What will the payment be on the day I pick up the motor home? A: The total rental fee including estimated miles and sales tax must be paid in full on the day of departure. Rental fee must be in the form of cash or a certified or bank check.
Check Ins & Outs Rental vehicles may be picked up and returned between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. All units returned on Saturday must be back by 9 a.m. and are available for pick-up at noon. There are no pick-ups or returns on Sundays or legal holidays.		4 Bike Rack Only $7.50 Daily Sorry!
